Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and reach forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse facility.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklift equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by tagging and stocking products efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize warehouse flow and meet production deadlines.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining a clean, orderly work environment.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant) required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehousing or logistics operations.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
