Responsibilities
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners.
- Ensuring all packages are properly labeled, sealed, and ready for shipment.
- Inspecting products for quality control and damages before packing.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Collaborating with team leads to meet daily production targets and safety standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent work experience).
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours).
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn scanning technology quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
