Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport goods safely within the warehouse.
- Perform routine pre-shift inspections and maintenance on forklifts to ensure optimal safety and functionality.
- Organize inventory, stack pallets, and ensure all storage areas are tidy and compliant with safety codes.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Assist in inventory audits and maintain accurate records of stock movements.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (Class A, B, or C) or ability to obtain certification within 30 days.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
