Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trucks and trailers using appropriate equipment (provided).
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling machinery safely and efficiently.
- Verify incoming and outgoing inventory using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Package and label products securely to ensure safe transport.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure daily production targets are met.
- Perform routine quality checks on inventory to prevent errors.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is a plus but not required.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification within the first week of employment.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Basic computer skills for scanning and data entry.
