Responsibilities
- Pack items into boxes according to customer orders and company standards.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure quality control before shipping.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information and barcodes.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Organize and maintain the packing station to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
- Load orders onto pallets or conveyors for transport to shipping areas.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Basic math skills for weighing and measuring items.
- Attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Basic computer literacy (preferred but not required).
