Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable Forklift Operator to handle the movement of materials within our warehouse. You will ensure that inventory is stored safely and accurately while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move products.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and equipment to ensure they are in good working order.
- Verify inventory accuracy by counting stock and checking labels against warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Perform minor equipment maintenance and report any mechanical issues to management immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid forklift operator license (Class A, B, or C) required.
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and labeling.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
