Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move stock.
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and verify incoming and outgoing shipments to maintain inventory records.
- Picking and Packing: Fulfill customer orders by picking items from the warehouse floor and packaging them for shipment with precision.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by adhering to strict 5S standards and safety protocols.
- Load and Unload: Physically load and unload trucks and containers, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing cargo.
- Quality Control: Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet our high standards before shipping.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment center environment is a plus but not mandatory.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Certifications: Valid forklift certification (if applicable to the role).
