Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using handheld scanners.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packing to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and responsibly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and nightly production targets.
- Sort, label, and organize inventory in designated zones.
Qualifications
- Ability to work the night shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar hours).
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
