Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and verify orders to ensure 99.9% accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counts and maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Shipping & Receiving: Load and unload trucks while adhering to safety protocols.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills and ability to read labels and scanners.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; no experience is required for many positions.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work in varying temperatures and environments.
