Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently in accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Load and unload shipments from trailers, railcars, and delivery trucks.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and maintenance checks.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and organize stock in designated storage areas.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety targets.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (Class 1, 3, or 4) is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
