Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to safely load and unload trucks and trailers.
- Inspect machinery and equipment for safety issues before each shift and report any malfunctions immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock in the warehouse efficiently.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Current, valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a proven commitment to safety.
