Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload freight trucks and shipping containers according to safety protocols.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock counts and organization.
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before shipment.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (or willing to obtain one through our training program).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills for inventory management.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
