Responsibilities
- Operate various types of forklifts (Reach Truck, Forklift, Pallet Jack) to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse and to shipping docks.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks to ensure operational readiness.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning and labeling stock properly.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- Assist in organizing warehouse aisles and maintaining a clean, clutter-free work environment.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Forklift Operator Certification (or willingness to obtain one via our training program).
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
