Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse facility.
- Conduct pre-shift safety inspections on all forklift equipment to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Stock and organize inventory shelves with precision and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Perform daily cycle counts and verify shipments against packing lists.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation related to material handling operations.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA/ANSI).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy items for extended periods.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
