Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (Reach Truck, Counterbalance, Pallet Jack) to move, locate, and stack merchandise accurately.
- Inspect forklift equipment daily to ensure safe and efficient operation before starting shifts.
- Load and unload trucks safely, strictly adhering to weight limits and safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse floor to prevent accidents and ensure compliance.
- Perform inventory counts and manage stock rotation as directed by supervisors.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies strictly at all times.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator license (Must be valid and provided).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of forklift experience preferred, but training available for qualified candidates.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and high safety consciousness.
- Basic math skills required for inventory counting.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse location.
