Responsibilities
- Safely operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and to shipping/receiving docks.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of forklift equipment to ensure safe operation.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning and logging stock movements.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company regulations to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Stack and organize pallets safely according to weight and stability guidelines.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (must provide valid certification).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong ability to read and comprehend safety rules and operational instructions.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work rotating shifts if required.
