Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners (WMS).
- Verify product quantities, descriptions, and condition before packaging.
- Ensure the packing station and surrounding aisles are clean, organized, and safe.
- Load outbound trucks accurately, adhering to loading schedules and safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory cycle counts and stock organization as required.
- Follow all safety guidelines and report any equipment malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience or logistics background is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate a barcode scanner.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
