Responsibilities
- Select products from shelves using RF scanners and pick lists to fulfill customer orders.
- Package, label, and arrange products securely for safe transit.
- Verify item counts and quality to ensure zero errors in shipping.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company operational procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding inventory issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work rotating shifts.
