Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Inspect forklift equipment for any mechanical issues before and after each shift.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and proper documentation of stock movements.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse floor to ensure safety compliance.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company internal policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline the shipping and receiving process.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (required).
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting (preferred).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
