Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring accurate inventory counts and proper placement.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks before starting shifts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Document any damages or irregularities immediately to ensure accountability.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA 10 or equivalent) is required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Basic computer skills for scanning barcodes and logging data.
