Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Inspect forklifts daily to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Ensure all safety protocols and OSHA regulations are strictly followed at all times.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning items and updating the warehouse management system.
- Stack and organize products safely to prevent damage and optimize warehouse space.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (CDL or LF/RF license required).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and counting.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
