Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products within the warehouse.
- Ensure all materials are stored safely and organized according to company protocols and safety regulations.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and stock checks.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse safety policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (CP, TF, LF, or RF) required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating powered industrial trucks.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic math skills and ability to read and comprehend safety labels and inventory logs.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and navigate warehouse aisles.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
