Job Overview
As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You will ensure that our inventory is handled efficiently, safely, and accurately. We are looking for reliable individuals who take safety seriously.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Load, unload, and stage pallets and containers for shipping and receiving.
- Inspect forklifts and work area daily to ensure safety compliance and equipment functionality.
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean, orderly warehouse floor.
- Follow all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (CPR/First Aid a plus).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly without assistance.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehousing or logistics experience is preferred.
