Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload freight trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution and secure strapping.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any safety issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with 5S standards.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Accurately handle inventory paperwork and scanning systems.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and paperwork.
- Valid driver's license (Class C) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
