Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse safely and efficiently.
- Verify inventory accuracy by scanning barcodes and maintaining detailed records of stock movements.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on forklift equipment and report any malfunctions immediately.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Valid and current forklift operator certification (OSHA 10 or equivalent preferred).
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and stock management.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate.
