Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Inspect equipment daily to ensure proper working order and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Verify inventory counts and maintain accurate records of stock movements.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and operational targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Basic reading and writing skills to understand safety labels and inventory codes.
- Willingness to undergo mandatory forklift safety training.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license (if driving a vehicle on-site).
