Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move materials.
- Inspect machinery for defects and perform routine maintenance checks to ensure operational safety.
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill daily production orders and meet shipping deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Document inventory movements and report any equipment malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (CDL not required but preferred).
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing setting (1+ years preferred).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong understanding of basic safety protocols and warehouse procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
