What You'll Do:
As a Forklift Operator at KC Logistics, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials within our warehouse and distribution centers. We offer a supportive work environment with opportunities for overtime and career advancement.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo is secured properly to prevent damage.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections on equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean, organized workspace at all times.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock management as required.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Forklift Operator Certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating powered industrial trucks.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and warehouse operations.
- Must be available for immediate start and flexible shift work.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
