Responsibilities
- Receiving and Inspecting: Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities against packing slips to ensure accuracy.
- Picking and Packing: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in regular cycle counts.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Quality Control: Ensure all products meet quality standards before they are shipped to customers.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required for motivated candidates.
- Documentation: Must provide a valid ID and pass a background check.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
