Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment (Class A, B, or C certification required).
- Load and unload freight from trucks and trailers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all 5S safety standards.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies regarding heavy machinery operation.
- Assist with order picking and packing processes to meet daily quotas.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift License (Class A, B, or C) or ability to obtain within 30 days.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
