Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Load, unload, and stage pallets of materials within the warehouse and onto delivery trucks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through proper documentation and scanning procedures.
- Perform routine safety inspections of equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads and warehouse staff to ensure a smooth workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Keep the work area organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (Certification provided if no experience).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy for inventory systems.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate.
