Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to load and unload trucks efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance at all times.
- Inspect equipment for damages and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (CP, CF, or TF) preferred; training available for qualified candidates.
- Minimum of 1 year of previous warehouse or logistics experience.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
