Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts, Reach Trucks, Pallet Jacks) to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure all safety mechanisms are functioning correctly.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by counting stock and organizing stockrooms.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely shipment and delivery of goods.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Current, valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Physically fit to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and prolonged standing.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging inventory.
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
