Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (Counterbalance, Reach Truck) safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and stage materials and products according to safety protocols.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of equipment to ensure mechanical safety.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and log daily activities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Forklift Operator Certification.
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or logistics environment (1+ years preferred).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
