Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels through routine cycle counting.
- Ensure strict compliance with all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Perform routine safety checks and basic maintenance on forklifts and warehouse machinery.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse flow and meet daily shipping targets.
- Keep the work area organized, clean, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFO) or equivalent experience required.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly without assistance.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
