Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport goods within the facility.
- Perform daily inventory checks and ensure accurate stock placement in designated storage areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and regulations.
- Inspect equipment for safety issues and report any mechanical problems immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and shipping deadlines.
- Assist in the packing and palletizing of products for distribution.
Qualifications
- No previous forklift experience required; on-site training provided.
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills and ability to read labels and inventory numbers.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
