Responsibilities
- Retrieve merchandise from storage shelves based on pick lists and scanning requirements.
- Pack items securely using appropriate materials (boxes, bubble wrap, tape) to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information and barcodes.
- Operate handheld scanners or warehouse computers to input data and verify orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
- Assist with inventory checks and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shifts.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for reading pick lists and labels.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in picking and packing.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
- Must be reliable and have a positive attitude.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
