Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in warehouse environment
- Load/unload freight trucks using proper palletizing techniques
- Perform daily forklift inspections and maintenance checks
- Manage inventory using WMS system and barcode scanners
- Maintain clean, organized storage areas and safety zones
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- 1+ years warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Ability to work in climate-controlled warehouse environment
