Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in warehouse settings
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Follow inventory control procedures and accurately document material movements
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and meet production targets
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Assist in general warehouse duties including stacking, organizing, and cleaning
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisor immediately
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required – we provide full training!
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Willingness to obtain OSHA forklift certification (company-sponsored)
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Reliable transportation to our Philadelphia facility
