Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and update digital tracking systems regularly.
- Ensure the safety of the workspace by identifying hazards and following all OSHA regulations.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure machinery is in proper working order.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of debris to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
- Basic math skills and ability to read and comprehend labels and documents.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs on an occasional basis.
- Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification through our paid training program.
