Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Load, unload, and stage materials according to shipping schedules and inventory lists.
- Perform daily pre-shift and post-shift equipment inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in adherence to OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as directed by management.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to pass a forklift certification training program (we provide the training).
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for accurate inventory tracking.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
