Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently.
- Verify inventory counts and accurately document stock movements using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Inspect forklifts and equipment for safety issues before and after each shift.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse operations and meet daily targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper stacking of pallets and debris removal.
Qualifications
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification through our paid training program.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and paperwork.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in varying temperature conditions (warehouses can be hot or cold).
- Valid driver's license and good driving record (if required for site access).
