Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Collaborate with warehouse team to prioritize tasks and meet daily production goals
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Assist with inventory management and documentation of warehouse activities
- Support cross-functional departments as needed during peak operations

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience (valid certification required)
- OSHA forklift certification and safety training documentation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and overtime
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
