Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Verify inventory counts and update records accurately using warehouse management systems.
- Ensure all safety protocols and OSHA regulations are strictly followed at all times.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklift equipment and report any maintenance issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Assist in packaging and preparing orders for distribution.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1 year of previous warehouse experience.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality control.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team setting.
- Must be available for overtime and weekend shifts as needed.
