Your Responsibilities
As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations. Your key duties will include:

- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to safely load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo security.
- Perform accurate inventory checks using scanners and manage stock rotation to prevent spoilage.
- Conduct daily pre-shift safety inspections on all equipment and report any malfunctions immediately.
- Maintain a clutter-free and organized workspace, adhering strictly to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline workflow and reduce handling times.
- Assist in the packing and palletizing process, ensuring all packages are labeled correctly.
Qualifications
- Current forklift certification (Class 1 & 3) or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of hiring.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and inventory logging.
- Valid Driver's License required.
