Job Overview:

Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on all machinery.
- Ensure accurate inventory placement and organize storage areas to maximize efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety targets.
- Follow all company safety protocols and hazardous material handling procedures.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (Class A, B, or C) with a valid license.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as required.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging inventory.
