Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise accurately using handheld RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Ensure all packages are securely wrapped and labeled according to shipping standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified), to move stock efficiently.
- Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies to the inventory control team immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or retail stocking role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions precisely.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
