Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Load, unload, and move products between warehouses, docks, and vehicles with precision.
- Inspect and perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts to ensure equipment safety.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and stock audits.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse operations and meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator license (CDL preferred but not required for entry-level).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Basic computer skills for logging inventory data.
