What You'll Do:

- Label packages with correct shipping information and barcodes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area (5S standards).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.

Responsibilities
- Select and retrieve merchandise from storage areas using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure proper packaging materials are used.
- Label, seal, and prepare packages for shipment to customers.
- Operate manual pallet jacks or sit-down forklifts (certification provided upon hiring).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods immediately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic reading and math skills required for scanning and verifying orders.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory.
