Responsibilities
- Select and retrieve merchandise from storage areas using handheld scanners and pick-to-light systems.
- Accurately pack items into boxes, ensuring proper labeling, sealing, and weight distribution.
- Verify order accuracy against packing slips and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and dollies, safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or specific education is required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
